Yoga Foundations for Beginners: Session Two

In this course you’ll learn to embody mindfulness in your yoga movements and breathing. With this skill in your tool belt you'll get really good at using your time on your yoga mat to address and unwind the areas of tension and soreness that are showing up in your body on that particular day. The course includes 4 consecutive 90 minutes group classes and emails each week with teachings and lesson review.
