Jan 5 - Feb 9 Tuesdays, 8:00 - 9:30 am In this 6-week series you will use Forrest Yoga asana and breath work to unravel the layers of holding in your neck, shoulders and hips. You can expect to notice a profound release. You will gain a wealth of effective techniques that will bring relief, release and pleasurable strength to these common tight spots. Discover a new awareness of your daily movement and tension building patterns. In addition to live classes students will receive additional education via email. Newsletters will offer course specific options for your home practice as well as a written review and recap of the concepts introduced in the classes. This will help to keep your yoga momentum rolling between sessions. |
