Shoulder Girdle Strength & Flexibility

If you are one of the many people experiencing trouble with your arms and shoulders then this class is for you. We will be begin by learning the anatomy and kinesiology of the arms, shoulders, and back, and how they relate to both strengthening and creating flexibility in this significant area of the body. Yoga can be very therapeutic for easing conditions of this area including frozen shoulder, rotator cuff issues, arthritis, trauma and other debilitating ailments.
