Partner Yoga
Workshop with Peter Mico

6:00 - 8:00 pm
Come open your heart and share your practice with your partner (or friend): learn how to synchronize your breaths, guide and help each other deeper into postures, and develop more awareness of each others’ strengths and limitations. You’ll get to play with fun sequences, practice adjustments on each other, and get into poses that you might not be able to do on your own. We'll also play with some basic Acro Yoga postures and finish up with some yummy restorative partner yoga poses.
Previous yoga asana experience is not required, just an open heart, an ability to listen and follow directions and the desire to try something different and fun!
Open to all levels.
