Join us to explore the deep power of mindfulness in your yoga practice.  Through an entertaining, secular, spiritual, and educational focus, we will explore the beneficial practice of harnessing the power of the mind.  We will apply mindfulness to the various aspects of yoga including meditation, asana, pranayama, and chanting, as well as other daily activities such as eating, dance and movement.

In a secluded and peaceful environment, we will bring together many talented teachers and practitioners of mindfulness, including Buddhist Reverend Master Zensho, Amy Craven, Dr. Gloria Waterhouse, Dennis Pence, Jody Pignolet, the Gypsy Divas and others.

"The full-day retreat rejuvenated all aspects of my Spirit: through the variety of workshops going from quiet, to sharing, to physical, to food - delighting all my senses and thereby expanding the experience and challenges to my body, mind and spirit.  One activity built fluidly on another.  This retreat left me with a sense of possibility and peace. Try it: you'll be happy you signed up."

Dennis Pence

Dennis Pence has been a student of the Gurdjieff teaching for nearly twenty years, and has studied with senior members in Europe and North America.  The Gurdjieff training in inner attention and conscious self- observation creates the possibility of mindfulness in the midst of day to day life.  Through the practice, sustained over time, a possibility emerges for the development of a profound inner freedom, arising from one's own experience.
