The energy is called “Kundalini” and it is awakened through systematic practices. Kundalini Yoga practices include: breath (pranayama), movements (kriyas), mantras, sound, mudras, locks and meditation. Come learn Kundalini Yoga Sets and Meditations as taught by Yogi Bhajan when this style of yoga was brought to the USA in 1969. “Many of the kriyas are venerable and ancient, having been passed down by word of mouth from a guru, and are therefore sacred and secret. Yogi Bhajan made them available to the public, saying knowledge belongs to everyone!” Watch out! Kundalini Yoga is addictive once the results are experienced. * Please do not eat at least 2 hours before class. |
