Explore these questions and more as expressed through the ideas of of the great 20th century mystic, G. I. Gurdjieff. In this series of meetings we will begin to explore some of the major parts of the teaching brought by Gurdjieff. Through discussion, readings, music and film you will taste the breadth and depth of what has come to be a teaching now practiced worldwide by many thousands of pupils. Exercises will be given to practice some of the key concepts such as inner attention, self-observation and the flow of energies through the body. The series will conclude with an introduction to the cosmology of the teaching, including the profound idea of a living universe interpenetrating all things.
