Class Descriptions

Core Fusion Workout
Join us for an exhilarating class focusing on the health of the whole body.  In this class Cindy and I will utilize multi-disciplines to create a new paradigm in the body that promotes flexibility, strength, grace, toning and core building.  The work sculpts the body and adds health to the myo-fascial sheaths.  Dynamic Fusion workouts will cross train with stability balls, pilate rings, light kettle bells, principles of martial arts, yoga and pilates.  We focus on the entire body, work from the simple to the dynamic. No practice is the same.  Feel great and stand tall.

Gentle Yoga
A slower moving asana class for both those new to yoga and also more experienced yogic practitioners with physical challenges.  Special emphasis on using yogic philosophy to develop a more gentle and compassionate relationship with our bodies.  You will find 'gentle' means more ease and more capacity for deepening; it is most challenging.

The class is designed to take you from beginner status to elements of intermediate. Key features of the Hanuman Practice Series is working with the breath and developing strength in the warrior series of yoga (Hanuman is the king of all warriors). It also includes practice in seated poses, standing, supine and twists.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in the world. Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

Light Yoga Flow
This vinyasa class takes a more relaxed pace to the practice, allowing you to enjoy more the nuances of the poses.  All levels welcome.
