Body Sensing: Body Awareness and Resiliency

5 Week Series with Linda Ries
Tuesdays or Thursdays (see times below)

In this series, we will meet once or twice a week (see times below), while we progressively deepen into the somatic felt sense of “being” and awareness through our hatha yoga practice of asana (strength, flexibility, and alignment), pranayama (increased energy and vitality), and bringing meditation into movement. A-Sa-Na is a Sanskrit word translated to “saying Yes to the felt sense of life moving through us.” We weave this posture into everyday life. In this way, as we awaken to “being” in harmony with ourselves and with life just as it is, there is a resiliency that flows over and becomes a welcoming of all of life.

Plant seeds of being and awareness to your already existing yoga practice.

Class Sessions (you may alternate days/times as needed):
Tuesdays ・ 3:45pm– 5:15 ・ Gentle
Thursdays ・ 10:00am – 11:30 ・ Level 1-2
Thursdays ・ 2:00pm – 3:30 ・ Gentle



$55 or $100  (for one or two days per week)
