This 4 week series offers a wealth of effective techniques to refine and align your Downward Facing Dog, Plank, Chaturanga, Upward Facing Dog and Cobra. Taught at a moderate pace with breaks to “workshop” individual poses, this course is suitable for most levels. Experience the joy of uniting breath and movement!
